Take Interstate 35 South to County Road 2 (New Market/Elko Exit). Turn Right/Go West on County Road 2 through New Market to Highway 13. There is a round-about at this junction. Turn left/go south on Highway 13. Turn right/go west on Highway 19. Continue into New Prague and turn left/go south on Columbus Avenue. The clinic is located in a residential area at 702 Columbus Avenue South.
From the South:
Take Interstate 35 North to Highway 19 (Northfield/Lonsdale Exit). Turn Left/Go West on Highway 19 through Lonsdale. Continue on Highway 19 into New Prague and Turn Left/Go South on Columbus Avenue. The clinic is located in a residential area at 702 Columbus Avenue South.
